Like I told you on previous post, here are few marine wildlife pictures taken during our boat trip in Kenaï Peninsula. The sea lions were the ones we saw the most as they live in the area all year long, sometimes always on the same rocks ! But the best moment we shared with marine animals was when we met some porpoise whales who joined the boat to swim and play in our boat’s bow wake for few minutes …

Kenaï Peninsula is a very large peninsula located in the south of Anchorage. It was so called by the Russian, former owners of the whole Alaskan territory until 1867. It is home to many fjords and glaciers – as well as lakes and salmon rivers – and very nice to drive through. But the Kenaï is above all the perfect place in Alaska to have a boat trip, both for sight seeing and marine wildlife viewing.
